Diablo 2 Resurrected Jewels

You can find Jewels only in the Lord of Destruction expansion in Diablo 2, which also means that it is available for the Resurrected by default. The Jewels in Diablo 2 are tiny one-slot items that can either be of Magic or Rare categories. They don’t have a function of their own, and they need to be inserted into the socket of an item to provide benefits. No matter whichever socket you add them into, they have the same set of Modifiers–unlike Gems that actually change depending upon the slot, it is inserted into. However, the stats of Jewels are quite low, and especially on the ‘Rare’ ones, but some like Jewel Affixes and Unique Jewels are quite useful.

Appearance

There is a total of six Jewel Graphics, and they have no connection with each other in terms of Properties or Modifiers. They are basically designed in the same icon but with a different color. Also, socketed Jewels have no role in changing the color of the item when added.

Jewels’ best benefits are Increased Attack Speed & Damage (Physical and Elemental) for diablo 2 jewels, and Resistances. The bonuses offered for Mana and HP, along with several other things is also a highlighting feature, but the benefits are less as compared to that of common Runes and Gems.

The actual benefit that Jewels provide is that they can transfer their bonus to the socketed item. For instance, you can easily add 19% ‘resist all’ with a perfect diamond, but only in terms of a shield. Similarly, you can achieve up to 15% ‘resist all’ in a helm, weapon, or armor from a jewel. If you’re using attack-upgrading Jewels, then note that if you use two weapons at once (Assassins/Barbarians), then it is better to add the Jewel in the Armor or Helm socket. It helps bestow the bonus on both attacks, rather than a single weapon in which it is inserted.

Rare or Magical Jewels

Rare diablo 2 Jewels aren’t a common find, and they look quite shiny in appearance, with up to four possible Modifiers. However, it’s hard to find one with your preference. There’s only one socket in most of the equipment (Set, Rare, Crafted, Unique), so it’s suggested to add only the top-notch Jewel.

A Rare Jewel with 4 Modifiers is nowhere better than a Magical Jewel with 1 or 2 ‘Max Affix Limit’, and that’s why obtaining good Modifiers is more difficult.

Dream Jewels

Configuring a Dream Jewel is hard as most of the good Modifiers are in the Magical Jewel category. The actual benefit of Jewels is when you add the Damaging ones into your helm, armor, or shield to obtain the same benefits, while at the same time, having good damage inflicting weapons for diablo 2 resurrected jewels. The +%damage Jewels don’t function when they’re added into the non-weapon slots, and if you add each one of them into the equipment slots, you will have a problem in obtaining Resistance, HP Recovery, etc., from your Gloves, Belt, Boots, and Jewelry itself. However, in the end, the choice is entirely dependent upon you.

Unique Jewels

Unique was added in the 1.10 patch of the game. They are quite difficult to find, but the bonuses that they offer are insanely powerful for diablo 2 unique jewels. Such Jewels are also called Rainbow Facets, and they differ in terms of their stats. Graphics aren’t really tied with these Jewels because every color is randomly designed when the item is generated. Rainbow Facets are popular among the Sorceresses, due to their elemental boosting properties.
